If you can’t touch your toes or think that you’re not flexible enough, rest assured that being flexible isn’t a prerequisite for practising yoga. That’s like saying you have to be clean to take a shower!

Becs's yoga classes are AMAZING! Her style of teaching, class set-up, class plans and locations are just brilliant and I couldn't recommend her enough. I have practised yoga for 20 years and she is the best teacher I've had. She takes the time to tailor the classes to participants' needs and each one has a clear structure. They are suitable for all levels and she always takes the time to give additional support to beginners. I'd definitely recommend her classes!

From the moment I started my one-to-one classes with Becs, I was impressed by her teaching style. I’ve always wanted to improve my yoga, but wondered if I’d find the one-to-one setting overwhelming. The opposite has been true. Becs is patient and understanding and has a lovely manner when teaching, and I benefited from the individual setting.
