If you can’t touch your toes or think that you’re not flexible enough to try Yoga, rest assured that when I ﬁrst tried Yoga, I wasn’t very flexible either but recognising the importance of simply starting, day by day, my strength and flexibility grew.
I will both demonstrate and give you clear and encouraging instructions to guide you through the sequence of poses.
Learning in the comfort of your own home, the 5 week Pregnancy Yoga course takes you through a series of asanas (postures), breathing and relaxation techniques that will be tailored specfically for your pregnancy.
Professional guidance and advice on which sequences of asanas would encourage healing or alleviate symptoms or discomfort.
