Becs's yoga classes are AMAZING! Her style of teaching, class set-up, class plans and locations are just brilliant and I couldn't recommend her enough. I have practised yoga for 20 years and she is the best teacher I've had. She takes the time to tailor the classes to participants' needs and each one has a clear structure. They are suitable for all levels and she always takes the time to give additional support to beginners. I'd definitely recommend her classes!
Becs is such a great teacher. I've done both her face to face and online classes and it's wonderful to have such a variety of classes available to complete live or at my leisure. She teaches with such passion and enthusiasm making the sessions really enjoyable. I love the way she watches her students during the live classes, making sure students are practising correctly and giving encouragement. I would definitely recommend practising with Becs.
I have so enjoyed and benefitted from my yoga sessions with Becs and my tennis coach noticed an improvement in my strength and movement without knowing that I had started attending yoga regularly. The sessions are always varied and without exception, I always finish the session feeling mentally and physically better. Becs is a true professional who clearly plans carefully for each practice. I was relatively inexperienced with yoga at the start of lockdown so I needed someone to guide me through the sessions and Becs has certainly done that; I feel motivated, encouraged and supported each time I come to the mat. I particularly like the range of yoga flows on offer. Nothing feels repetitive, there is always some variety and you can find something to fit the time you have available. I feel so much more confident in my yoga practice; I love it and would recommend Becs online membership.
I have just finished an 8 week Mindfulness & Meditation course with Becs. When I began I knew it would be helpful but I had no idea just how life- changing it would be. I started the course with sleep problems and stress. I knew it was a big time commitment but I was determined and it paid off! I am now sleeping better, more positive and a lot less stressed! I plan to continue my meditation sessions and experience even more changes in my everyday life. I recommend Bec's classes - they can change YOUR life too!
Couldn't recommend this class enough for anyone interested in Yoga. Suitable for all abilities, I felt very welcomed and my lack of Yoga experience was catered for and not a hindrance!!
From the moment I started my one-to-one classes with Becs, I was impressed by her teaching style. I’ve always wanted to improve my yoga, but wondered if I’d find the one-to-one setting overwhelming. The opposite has been true. Becs is patient and understanding and has a lovely manner when teaching, and I benefited from the individual setting. She’s allowed me to develop my skill set, and I would definitely recommend both her one-to-one sessions, and larger classes which I have subsequently attended.
