Monday - Slow Flow (All Levels)
A class that is welcoming to beginners but can also be helpful to experienced yogis seeking more refinement while building a strong yoga practice. Covering the basics and beyond of yoga, from standing, seated, simple twists and bringing an awareness to mind, body, breath and movement. Get to grips with some of the steps to build up a simple yet strong and effective yoga practice with an emphasis on learning how to breathe and flow into poses with alignment tips.
We practice Sun Salutations so it’s important to be able to get up and down off the floor without aid.
