Pregnancy Yoga


No two pregnancies or births are the same and every woman should feel seen, supported and empowered on their journey.

During pregnancy your body goes through a multitude of changes which can create stress both physically and mentally. A great way to maintain a healthy body and mind is through pregnancy yoga. It can help pregnant women increase strength and flexibility and also help to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for an easier and more comfortable labour.
