One Month Pass:

• One Month Passes are valid for one month only on the dates specified in the Pass description.
• Monthly Class Passes are non-refundable.
• Missed classes cannot be rolled over to the following month.
• If the purchaser is unable to attend one of the classes in the Monthly Class Pass for any reason, they will be offered a link to a pre-recorded yoga class which will be available for 7 days.
• Monthly Class Passes are available to Priority Customers for 7 days before they go on sale to the general public.
• Monthly Class Passes are for sole use of the purchaser and are non-transferable to another individual.
• If a class is cancelled by Becs McBride, you will be given a discount code for the class value to use against your next Monthly Class Pass.
• If for any reason in-person classes cannot go ahead for more than 2 weeks, classes will be transferred to a Becs McBride Online Zoom class (this may be on a different day or time than your regular class). This may include but is not limited to: local or national lockdowns issued by local authorities or the UK government; venue closures; natural disasters.

Flexipass:

• Flexipasses are valid for 70 days from the date of purchase.
• Flexipasses offer 6 weekly classes which must be used within 70 days from the date of purchase.
• Classes should be scheduled for the following month at the time of booking a Flexipass. If the class is fully booked and the student is unable to schedule their class, this will be at the student’s own risk if they did not schedule their classes at the time of purchasing the Flexipass.
• Classes can be rescheduled online up to 24 hours in advance of the class, providing it is within the 70-day package expiry limit.
• Classes can be booked online up to 2 hours in advance of the class, provided the class has spaces available.
• If for whatever reason, the purchaser runs out of time to use all their outstanding classes in a Flexipass, the outstanding classes cannot be reimbursed to the client.
• Flexipasses are non-refundable.
• Flexipasses are for sole use of the purchaser and are non-transferable to another individual.
• If a class is cancelled by Becs McBride, you will be given an extra week to use your Monthly Class Pass.
• If for any reason, in-person classes cannot go ahead for more than 2 weeks, classes will be transferred to a Becs McBride Online Zoom class (this may be on a different day or time than your regular class). This may include but is not limited to: local or national lockdowns issued by local authorities or the UK government; venue closures; natural disasters.

• One Class Passes can be rescheduled online up to 24 hours in advance.
• Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will result in a lost class.
• Classes are for sole use of the purchaser and are non-transferable to another individual.
• If a class is cancelled by Becs McBride, you will be offered the option to book an alternative class offered by Becs McBride either in-person or online.
• If for any reason, in-person classes cannot go ahead for more than 2 weeks, classes will be transferred to a Becs McBride Online Zoom class (this may be on a different day or time to your regular class). This may include but is not limited to: local or national lockdowns issued by local authorities or the UK government; venue closures; natural disasters.

Lateness Policy:

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted once the class has commenced. This policy is to help prevent injury as well as to be considerate of the teacher and other students who are already participating in the class.
• If you arrive late for a class and are not admitted, the cancellation policy will be applied and will result in a lost class.

Covid-19:

• We will comply with any health designation documentation that the UK Government implements.
• If local authorities or the UK government advises of a localised or national lockdown, classes will automatically be transferred to a Becs McBride Online Zoom class. Any classes not used online within the class deadline will result in a lost class.
• If Becs McBride is required to self-isolate and feels well enough, all class credits will automatically be transferred to online credits and you will be able to join Becs via Zoom instead.

Workshops & Events Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• If a workshop, retreat or any other event is cancelled by Becs McBride, you will be offered the option to reschedule to a future event.
• Cancellations by the student for workshop places made more than 28 days before the start can be transferred to another workshop. If you would like a refund, there will be a 20% admin charge applied.
• Between 28 days and 15 days before the event, a 50% refund will be given.
• For 14 days or less, there will be no refunds or transfers offered.

Private Class Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• If a class is cancelled by Becs McBride, you will be offered the option to reschedule.
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your yoga or mindfulness class without incurring a charge.
• If less than 24 hours notice is provided up to 6 hours prior to the lesson, you will be charged £25 to cover the incurred costs.
• Reschedule requests made within 6 hours of the lesson time will be charged at full cost unless there are unavoidable mitigating circumstances (in which case the lower £25 fee will apply).
• A block of 4 classes is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• A block of 10 classes is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Once a block has been started it is non-refundable.
• For any other cancellations, there will be no refunds or transfers offered.
• To cancel classes that have been ongoing for 6 months or longer, a minimum 6-week notice period is required in writing to [email protected].

Teacher Class Cover:

• On occasion to keep the classes running to schedule we may organise a cover teacher to take the class. All cover teachers are qualified and certified yoga teachers.

Offer Policies:

• The Refer a Friend 20% off your first visit offer only applies to single classes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or on courses or events that Becs McBride Yoga & Mindfulness runs.

Gift Vouchers:

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

8 Week Meditation & Mindfulness Course Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Please note we can only provide a full refund (less your non-refundable deposit) for cancellations made more than 10 weeks before the course start date. Refunds will not be offered if cancellations are made after this time. If the course is cancelled by Becs McBride you will be offered the option to reschedule to a future course.

• Please remove your shoes on entry
• Please speak quietly once you are in the studio
• Ensure your phone is switched off before entering the studio
• Do not use your phone in the studio – if you need to make a call or send a text please do so outside
• Please let the teacher know if you are suffering with an injury before the class is due to start
• Please do not come to class if you generally unwell
• Please make sure you wear shoes when using the public toilets
