What to expect

This retreat has been created to reconnect you to your body through intuitive movement, deep rest, and community.

Press pause on the busyness of daily life so you can go inwards, reconnect with your innermost hopes and renew your sense of purpose.

The day will include a mindful yoga flow, breathwork, somatic movement and practices, mindset work and Yoga Nidra.

Learn to connect and understand your body on a deeper level.

Enjoy a 2-course, plant-based lunch with hot and cold drinks available, and a yummy treat to round off the day.


Invite a communication in your body through simple yet powerful somatic practices that will leave you feeling lighter and brighter, with a renewed sense of awareness of yourself, and more embodied awareness.


With a variety of trauma-informed
practices including Flow and Nidra, alongside meditation and breathwork. Practices are suitable for all levels with lots of options offered.


With time and space out of your busy schedule, this day gives you the much needed space & time to breathe, reflect, recharge and refocus on what you really want in life.

Deep Rest

There will be lots of opportunities for relaxation to allow you to move out of a high-stress, anxious state and into a state of calm. The day can help you deal with fatigue, exhaustion and burnout.


Local foodie and chef will be providing us with a yummy and nutritious 2-course plant-based lunch to nourish mind, body and soul.

This retreat has been created for women who want to explore embodied yoga and somatics, deepen their relationship with their nervous system and their somatic self.

Your Teacher


Becs McBride is a trauma-informed Yoga Teacher, Somatic Teacher & Coach, and Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher based in Leicestershire, UK.

She leads yoga classes, workshops, courses and retreats.

Becs has created an integrative path in yoga, somatics, wellness, energy work, mindfulness, meditation, compassion, trauma healing and writing, allowing people to connect their mind, body and soul.

It is Bec’s calling to create a sacred space for women to ‘listen within’, so they can lead a life they deeply love – with clarity, authenticity, and compassion.
